Carrots for the glow

Vitamin C inhibits the enzyme tyrosinase, which plays an important role in the formation of pigment spots. In short: the vitamin fades the dark spots. A lot of it is in citrus and sea buckthorn.
Tomato as sun protection
Tomatoes, even canned ones, increase the skin's self-protection against UV rays. If you eat about 300 grams a day, you will achieve sun protection factor 2. So sunscreen is still a must!
