3 KILOS IN 4 DAYS: THE BEST FAT-SLIM DRINKS
Enjoy the summer and still lose weight? This works out! Because our slim drinks taste like vacation, keep you full for a long time and all have a weight loss secret! Simply replace two meals a day with one of the drinks and eat a balanced and freshly prepared dish. Important: Drink at least two liters of water! What belongs in the slim drink? We reveal this here:
Good fatty acids regulate the metabolism
Fats are essential for our body's survival. The good unsaturated fatty acids are found in linseed oil, coconut oil, avocados and nuts, for example. They regulate metabolic functions and have a positive effect on cholesterol levels. Proteins are real sources of strength. They support muscle building and the immune system . Carbohydrates provide the body and brain with sufficient energy. You can rely on oatmeal, fruit and vegetables. Health-promoting herbs and medicinal plants such as mint and ginger are also important components.
Delicious slim drinks help you lose weight
In order for your miracle drink to be really healthy, you have to distribute the components correctly. Either stick to our recipes or "assemble" a drink of your choice according to this concept: The base provides 200 ml of liquid (eg coconut water, almond milk, oat milk). Don't save with the greens! It may be a handful or two of spinach, cucumber, kale, etc. Add just as much fruit. Berries, apples, pears, kiwis or bananas look great. You can get fat from a tablespoon of coconut oil, nutmeg, avocado, chia seeds, linseed or nuts. There are proteins in about 100 g of yogurt or low-fat curd. Have fun mixing!
Passion fruit yoghurt drink
That's how it's done:
1 papaya
1 passion fruit
1 stalk of mint
75 g yogurt (1.5% fat)
125 ml mineral water
Peel and halve papaya, remove pulp with a spoon, dice. Halve the passion fruit, scrape out the flesh with a spoon. Wash the mint. Puree the fruit and yogurt in the blender. Add water, puree again. Garnish with mint leaves.
Passion fruit is considered a fat burner!
Banana Egg Smoothie
That's how it's done:
1 banana
400 ml soy milk
2 tbsp coconut oil
1 organic egg
Peel the banana, quarter it and put it in the blender. Pour on soy milk. Add the coconut oil. Whisk the organic egg into the blender, mash everything finely and serve fresh.
Eggs contain a lot of proteins!
Sweet potato and mandarin drink
That's how it's done:
150 g sweet potato
2 tangerines
½ tsp salt
2–3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
3 tbsp butter
1 tbsp coconut oil
Boil 150 ml of water. Peel and chop the sweet potato. Peel, core and chop the mandarins. Puree all ingredients with the hot water in a blender until creamy. Possibly. garnish with mint.
Sweet potatoes fill you up for a long time!
Beetroot avocado shake
That's how it's done:
½ avocado
1 banana
1 cm ginger
½ beetroot
400 ml coconut water
1 tbsp linseed oil
1 tbsp wheat germ oil
Peel the avocado, remove the pulp from the core with a spoon, roughly cut it up. Peel and roughly slice the banana. Peel and chop the ginger and beetroot. Puree all ingredients in the blender.
Beetroot gives strength in sports
Lemon and ginger water
That's how it's done:
1 cm ginger
300 ml coconut water
1 tbsp coconut oil
½ lemon
1 handful of mint
Wash the ginger, add the skin to the blender. Add coconut water and coconut oil, puree everything finely. Wash the lemon hot, cut into slices. Wash mint, shake dry. Admit both. Ginger stimulates the metabolism!
Coffee and cashew smoothie
That's how it's done
1 banana
30 g cashew nuts
Salt • 125 ml of cold coffee
250 ml almond milk
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp cocoa powder
Freeze banana slices the day before. Put cashews in a bowl, cover with warm salt water, soak for 6 hours. Drain water, rinse cashews with fresh water. Puree the frozen banana with the remaining ingredients in a blender until smooth.
Coffee is an energy booster!
Breakfast shake with berries
That's how it's done
30 g linseed
220 ml rice drink
1 tsp ground vanilla
35 g oatmeal
40 g dates
salt
40 g blueberries
ice cubes
Puree flax seeds with half of the rice drink in a blender. Add the remaining ingredients, except for blueberries, and ice cubes, puree until creamy. Wash the berries and top the shake.
Flax seeds reduce the feeling of hunger!
Granola drink to go
That's how it's done:
1 passion fruit
½ apple
½ banana
200 ml milk (1.5% fat)
2 tbsp oatmeal
5 almonds
1 Msp. Psyllium husk
Halve passion fruit, spoon out pulp. Peel the apple, cut the pulp into small pieces. Peel the banana. Mix all ingredients vigorously.
Psyllium keeps the blood sugar level constant!
Tropical-green-chia drink
That's how it's done:
100 g spinach
½ honeydew melon
1 passion fruit
1 tsp chia seeds
Wash spinach, drain. Core and peel the melon. Halve passion fruit and spoon out pulp. Mix vegetables and fruit together. Add chia seeds at the end.
Chia seeds help against cravings!
